Planetarion, commonly referred to as PA, is a browser-based massively multiplayer online strategy game set in space. It was created by Fifth Season AS in early 2000, bought by Jolt in 2003, bought by Renegade Games in 2009; and finally bought by Jagex in 2010. In 2013, Jagex licensed the game to Ranul Tech Ltd for operation.
PA places players in control of a planet with the ability to mine its asteroids for resources. This enables them to construct a fleet of spaceships to attack other player's planets.
PA is one of the oldest running PBBGs.
