OpenDominion is a open-sourced free online text-based strategy game in a medieval fantasy setting. It was originally created by WaveHack (also known as Sharqy), and is now maintained by its own team without WaveHack's involvement.
It is a free and open source remake of Dominion by Kamikaze Games, which ran from 2000 until 2012.
